How Much Coffee Is In The Box?

Each month, there will be two 250g bags of coffee from the roaster of that month, which will be freshly roasted just before going into the box and being delivered to your front door for maximum freshness. You can also choose to have an extra bag of coffee placed into your monthly subscription for an additional £4.95, which is has been heavily discounted.

Is The Coffee Whole Bean Or Ground?

Everyone likes their coffee in a different way, so you can choose between whole bean or ground coffee when subscribing to Craft Coffee Club. Both the ground and whole bean coffee is roasted fresh a few days before it arrives onto your doorstep. The ground coffee is a medium grind, but can be ground further with a coffee grinder.

Can I Buy Coffee Equipment From You?

Unfortunately, at the moment, you are unable to purchase coffee equipment through Craft Coffee Club. However, we would be more than happy to point you in the right direction for some of the best equipment for a perfect cuppa time and time again. If you would like further assistance, then please feel free to contact the team.

How Much Is A Craft Coffee Club Subscription?

All subscriptions, whether you opt for monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly, will be £24.95 for each box. You can also add an additional 250g bag of coffee into your monthly subscription for just £4.95.

Can The Box Fit Inside My Letter Box?

The Craft Coffee Club box contains two bags of coffee, a magazine, 4 treats and the occasional gift, so it’s a little too big to fit inside a letterbox!

Who Will Deliver My Box?

All Craft Coffee Club boxes are sent via the Royal Mail for next day delivery. Delivery costs are also free of charge, so all you will be paying for is the contents of the box!

Is The Coffee Fresh?

All of our coffee is roasted fresh to order, delivered to us, popped into your box and then delivered to your chosen address in a short time period. This is to make sure that all of your coffee is as fresh as it can be for your full enjoyment.

Is The Coffee Fairtrade?

All of the coffee from our roasters of the month is either Fairtrade or sourced through direct trade. This means that farmers are either being paid fairly for their coffee, or they will be paid more than the Fairtrade price via direct trade. This is so that we can support our coffee community right from the beginning, giving you that ultimate feel-good sensation.

Can I Just Buy One Box Rather Than A Subscription?

Yes, you can buy a gift for someone you love, or you can even opt for our monthly subscription and then cancel after you have received your first box. Cancellations are free of charge, so if you decided that you would love to continue to be a part of our community, then you can continue to run your subscription!

How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

If you wish to end your subscription, then you can do so free of charge by heading over to your account and clicking on "Subscriptions", or you can find this page by following this link. If you need further assistance please contact the team who are more than happy to help you in any way we can, and we're really sorry to see you go.

Can I Change My Account Details?

Of course, if you would like to change your account details or your delivery address, then you can do so on your account. All you need to do is click on "My Account" on the home page and go to "Account Details", you can also find this by following this link. If you are having issues, please contact the team who will be happy to help you out!

Do You Have Brewing Guides?

Each and every bag of coffee has been perfectly roasted to be brewed in a very specific way. For this reason, we have brewing guides and much more in our monthly mini-magazine, which is placed into your subscription box.

Other Than Coffee, What Else Is In The Box?

Along with your two bags of coffee, you can also find four amazing artisan brands to nibble on with your morning, afternoon or evening cuppa. Not only this, but you can also browse through our monthly mini-magazine, Coffee Corner, and enjoy the occasional gift!

Where Is Your Coffee Sourced From?

Each month, our roasters will provide us with two fresh coffees, which can be from anywhere along the coffee belt. Previously, we have had coffees from India, Ethiopia, Guatemala, and so much more!

What Is Speciality Coffee?

Speciality coffee is the highest grade of coffee available and is among the world’s top 5% of coffee. It also has an SCA score of no less than 85, which is an excellent grade! It usually relates to the entire supply chain, from the farmers to the coffee roasters, which means that the farmers have taken extreme care of their harvest to produce the highest quality product. Additionally to this, the roasters have perfectly roasted the coffee beans to provide an exceptional body and aroma.

What Are Artisan Treats?

Artisan means skilled, so when it comes to our artisan treats, they have been created and designed by skilled, independent businesses. These treats are usually made using natural ingredients and have flavour at the forefront of their creation to make sure that you get the tastiest and most delicious treat possible.

Can I Return My Box?

Unfortunately, you are unable to return a box when it has been delivered to your home. However, our team will be more than happy to discuss with you any issues that you have.

What Do I Do If I Don't Receive My Box?

If you have not received your box around the 10th-15th of every month, then please contact our team to find out where your parcel is. There may be some delivery issues, but we will try our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible so that you are still able to enjoy your box!

Do You Roast The Coffee?

Craft Coffee Club does not roast the coffee. Instead, we purchase fresh coffee from independent roasteries from around the UK, known for their giving back ethos, high grade roasts and Fairtrade standards. This allows us to give you something new every month; new flavours, new countries and new experiences.

How Do You Choose Your Roasters?

Our roasters are chosen for a number of reasons, such as the following: SCA score of no less than 85 Among the world’s top 5% of coffee Independent Support coffee farmers Pay Fairtrade or more than Working on reducing their carbon footprint

Can I Get More Than 2 Bags Of Coffee?

Yes, of course you can! We know that many of our subscribers love coffee more than anything else, and sometimes, you just want that extra bag to get you through those last couple of days before your next box arrives. You are able to purchase another bag of coffee for just £4.95, which has been heavily discounted from the price you would purchase from the roaster.
